Quality Guarantee & After-Sales Services
The quality guarantee period is 36 months starting from the date on which the cargo arrives at the port of destination. Except for artificial damage, we are responsible for offering fittings free of charge during the guarantee period. However, you must return the damaged parts by courier at your charge before we send replacement fittings. After the quality guarantee period, repairs or replacement parts will be provided at cost.
