ZY-Z3 UV laser marking machine is a new generation of laser marking machine system developed by using laser technology. It uses UV laser to output laser, and then realizes marking function through high-speed scanning galvanometer system. The UV laser marking machine has high electro-optical conversion efficiency. The machine adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with infrared laser, the 355 UV light focusing spot is very small. The effect of marking is to directly break the molecular chain of the material through short-wavelength laser, which greatly reduces the mechanical deformation and thermal deformation of the material (cold light). Because it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving, it is particularly suitable for marking food and medical packaging materials, drilling micropores, high-speed division of glass materials, and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers and other application industries.
